Some meshes are so large when loaded actually just cause my computer to shatter under the stress. I could export a ship wreck and using fishing wire to hang it from the ceiling, I could set up a diorama of a void kill, with the wreck model and using a couple leds I could make it light up, with running lights. It's pretty impressive looking at the meshes. Well, the modules and the prow and some of the larger ships already come in parts that are assembled in the game engine. The amount of time this requires isn't anything to sniff at and there will be a lot of issues to overcome. ![]() So seeking permission is pointless, just ask anyone who makes a fan film.īut yeah, I've currently ripped all the models from the game and I have a current task of going over and dismantling the models so I can rebuild them in later on. So they have to say no or very much ignore these things. ![]() As business, neither the creators of BFG or GW can publicly condone this as that sets a very unsafe president which damages the IP owned by GW. Well in regards to the legal issue and how legal actions work, it would very likely be safe to do this entirely non profit.
